We value your business and your trust in us. There are NO gimmicks, BS or extra charges. All Services are subject to our Terms of Service (and terms and conditions). ​

Process
  • An Agreement/Invoice will be provided detailing services provided, terms and deliverables.
  • For writing / editing cover letters, resumes and bios, service includes two (2) drafts per deliverable to achieve a Final / Complete version.
  • For document writing, advanced layout and formatting are extra and not included.​

Pricing & Payment
  • For jobs less than $500, full payment is required prior to project start.
  • For jobs greater than $500, 50% payment due on project start; remaining 50% after 2nd draft.
  • Quotes valid for 30 calendar days.​
  • ONE INVOICE WILL BE PROVIDED DETAILING DELIVERABLES, PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Sorry, there are no refunds.
    Applicable taxes are extra and not included.
  • Payments to: DigiWise Digital Solutions LLC
  • We accept INTERAC / Email Bank Transfer, Wire Transfers, Wells Fargo SurePay.
  • Personal checks from established clients only.
  • Subject to our terms of service.

Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers, Incentives
  • Prices and promotional offers subject to change without prior notice (unless guaranteed by 30-day quote).
  • Promotions, special offers and discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
  • New subscribers to DigiWise Career News will receive a 10% discount off of their first purchase.
  • For resume reviews / critiques, we will provide a 50% credit, if you decide to purchase a professionally-written resume, LinkedIn profile or coaching service, within 5 business days.

Extra Fees, Charges
  • Evenings (7 pm onwards) and weekends 10% extra.
  • Travel and parking may incur additional charge.
  • Credit card payments may be subject to additional 3% fee.
