Randy is a business mentor + career advisor and he has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, job seekers and people in career transition - achieve success.
Randy is friendly, supportive and enthusiastic - and enjoys connecting people with their skills and passions and their right livelihoods.
He is a Startup Pitch Judge for Queen's University Innovation Center; an Executive Mentor for the Global Good Fund. He has mentored startups from Rutgers and Princeton; and is a consultant to the Vancouver Angel Network (VANTEC).
Randy has launched and boostrapped 3 companies and one nonprofit. Mentoring clients include: Artisan Edibles (Vancouver Island); Multiactive Technologies (Vancouver); CompassionWise Therapy & Counselling Services; Vitana & Wann Connection Devices (Ottawa); DonorUp (NYC); and StreetEntrepreneurs (Washington, DC).
Randy began his career as a business journalist, and has skills in operations, IT, marketing, market research / customer discovery, communications, HR, learning and organization development. He will help you develop, grow and scale your entrepreneurial ambitions.
He teaches part-time @ Rutgers University - courses in business and proposal writing, interview skills and social media. He love dogs and yoga too!
